Employment
Members are provided with opportunities to work in part-time community jobs through the Transitional Employment Program (TEP). The TE program provides members with a real job at minimum wage or higher. The duration of the job is usually from six to nine months. Members can do as many TEPs as they want until they find their career path. The Clubhouse will also assist members to obtain independent and supported employment, through resume writing, interviewing skills, etc.

We maintain an open dialogue to insure that the job requirements are met. Our goal is to make this opportunity a win-win situation!
